Early Retirement Plaque

Got this lovely retirement plaque from my colleagues last Thursday. It reads:

The Entertainment Technology department commends you for your twenty-four years of service. You made MANY more contributions to the college and the entertainment industry than will ever fit on a single plaque.

You helped to develop one of the most technologically sophisticated haunts in New York, wrote the industry-standard book on show networking and control systems, advocated for the modernization of stagecraft instruction across the country, and educated hundreds of students.

Enjoy your new life in retirement. You have earned it.
